always this message eroor

Applet error: FATAL ERROR, COULD NOT FIND EXTERNAL RAM 00 00 00 00
Dont change RED to BROWN or BROWN to RED WHY

What now doing?

NOW other K608 working but FREEZE ın MENU or messages...............................

before you unlock convert it firts to brown then attach again then unlock,now for flashing if it is the first time you handle the cell you must convert it then flash ok or unlock rsa first the window has a msg.on what to do help your self on that use the help menu on cruiser files thanks hope i hel you.

I am alredy write, if ı click CONVERT BROWN direct error message..

yes ı have only this file DB2000_Red49_EROM_signed_by_Brown49 but this file for BROWN TO RED I need RED to BROWN file.....

and repair flash?
