k700i configuration error


I was able to revive a dead K700i with cruisers flash files only to show configuration error contact network operator or service provider when a sim is inserted.
the file at the support site only has k700 not k700i, anybody has an explanation for me?

What Taihy said is correct.

Attach to the phone. If you have not done so already, go to the locks tab and click on "Unlock RSA" Reattach to the phone if necessary. Now go to the FileSystem tab. Keep the box "Use built-in customistion" ticked. Pull down the menu below it and select from it the option that matches what firmware you have flashed to the phone. Then click on "Customise FS"
Once that's finished, click on "Shutdown FS"

The phone will now boot and work correctly.

one very important question? which of the flash file must be written, main fw or raw fs cos i wrote the two?

in cruiser help menu there is a lot of good hint's to do flashing, i think people should read the help before flashing something, there is many2 good tips for flashing in the bloody basic help menu.
