K750i ..CID 49 Configuration Error - GSM-Forum

How to solve.

I do not see any CID 49 flash file in support area. if they are there , Please tell me where ?

Brief History

Unlock the phone.. remove RSA.. restore firmware.. restore firmware cannot find ask to flash main FW.. which i cannot find on site.. plus phone is now dead !!!

Extract from Log

Firmware ID: prgCXC125952_EU_1_CL
Firmware version: R1J002
Defeated!
Sending applet...
Searching for FW restoral file...
File name: R1J002_CXC125952_EU_1_CL.ck75sw
FW restoral file NOT FOUND.
Download and install the latest FW-Restore installer from our support area.
All threads terminated.

I use USB Smart and flash these files

K750_R1BC002_FS_EU3_CID49.fbn
K750_R1BC002_MAIN_EU_EMEA_CID49.mbn

now I get configuration error...

Please advise how to solve

download from cruiser support area latest version R1DB001, flash phone following usual steps

it's a good way flash always latest firmware version..

also download from support area file "CruiserFWRestore_v1.07_installer.exe" and install it

Yes bro download latest CruiserFwRestore 1.07 & then flash wid R1Db001 & Customize the Fone After flash Main & Fs .... it working for U ..

Thats why I had to use USB Smart to flash the phone

hi

this is ok, you can use these flash files. Cruiser always before flashing check format of flash file and make necessary conversions.

I am confused..

I see CID 49 Main Software (R1DB001), But CID 36 FS.. can they be flashed together

I see CID 49 Software (R1CA021) on support area but I have not seen this one recommended...

flash with SW and FS file version R1DB001, SW and FS files must be same version (R1DB001) but if they are different cid and color, it's ok

I flashed it with the CD 49 main and CID 36 FS and it worked. thanks for all the help.

just curious.. EMEA what does that mean (is it important ?) , When I am choosing flash files I see EMEA1, EMEA2 etc, not sure what it means , so never sure which is the best one to choose.

it's name of languages pack in file (which languages will be in phone after flashing), description is in cruiser's manual

Customer brought back the phone. it is now restarting after it boots up.
