k750i cruiser asks to connect test point?


i tried cruiserv7.10 and v7.12,problem the same:after attaching to the phone recieve message :for booting mobile use test point?

i cant find any information about k750i test point,please help me,tried another k750i,the same problem?
as i know this type of phones must be done without tp,anyone knows where is the problem?

make sure you marking normal boot in boot type not TP

Choose "Recovery, CID=36" and attach the phone.
Then press repair certificate and turn off the phone.
Choose "Normal boot" and repair EROM.
Your phone will become a CID36.

i cant see what cid this phone have,because i cant even attach to it,naw i cant trie anything,because i already unlocket it with HWK and returned to the customer

problem must be solved any way,i saved the log,but cant find it,where cruiser saves the log file?

I don't think it saves the whole log- just the model, time and date, IMEI, and codes read, if any. That file is in C:\Program Files\Cruiser\Data\.
