when i attach the phone to cruiser this masseg

Does the phone actually work or is it a dead phone?

Try manually selecting model and make sure battery is full, also external power is good.

Uhm I do not know how to fix it, but it looks like hardware failure, try with 9 voltage instead of normal 3... Maybe this will help
