k750i and w800 white screen but can hear sounds - GSM-Forum

i have a k750 and a w800 which come on and i hear sounds but the screen stays white??

could do with a bit of history on both phones ~ but as it stands try "Direct Unlock" or "Read Codes".

So, just attach to Cruiser and do above action only then detach (Primary Tab).

See how you go with that

well done all that, got phone from customer and i opened it and there sims to be a pin covered by a bit of plastic i think not 100% i closed it back for now will invetigate the k750i further tmrw.
