WELL THIS IS THE REAL SOLUTION :
Do not opened or heat ur phone..

If you have cruiser. connect your phone let cruiser 10.33(that i have used) detect the phone. You should not have any account or disconnect from the internet.

Then you press the magic button: "Repair Erom" button

For me it has worked perfectly!!!

If still the problem try to flash the phone again (not free)

If still the same.. Hardware error

IF THIS has HELPED you RATE it and use THX button!!

Why not just press the "Repair Erom" button? this normally solves the problem.

is the same procedure for w550i red led blinking when try to power on.
my big problem i, this w550i not connecting with cruiser hang on powering on switch, i tried with 10.08 and 10.33..
any solution how to boot i tried with tp 2 also no progresss.

This method not working!!!!Way luck you this ... go to gdfs->modify gdfs -> SELECT (enable 3g/selection menu) then click on Modify GDFS button!?
