@Lead: Lead solution for W700 Contact Retailer - GSM-Forum

I have now 5 pieces of W700 with contact retailer error. I managed to flash 20 W700 but some cannot customize and give error that cannot unlock CS. After this the phones are "contact retailer". I tried tens of ways to revive the phones with no success. I even totally killed one of them in a try to find the solution.

Also I tried it on a brand new pc, brand new cruiser, brand new cable and a stabilized power supply! so it's not my hardware.

I know lead that not many people are interested for W700 yet but in the very near future when more people will try it the problem will be huge. So we need a solution.

i have the same problem and i posted here some days back but no positive reply . its very sad that when authors have no solution they decide to ignore !!!!
come on lead be a man and talk to ure customers do not ignore

is a bit different case this one that's why i posted different thread. My phones are brown. I think your phones are RED. But again the problem both of us is on customising.

I don't know. We really need a proffesional answer from cruiser team.

with setool you can fix it without tp if phone is brown

too repeir you need eerom cid49. eerom is demaged.
