This is only my opinion in (future???) fighter/cruiser support:

The fighter is still my favourite tool just here is few true phrase

The problem is:The team newer answer/recognize the customers request/problem

Unstable support

Foolish upgrade procedure from fighter to cruiser

Cruiser not 100% relased(where is the emea lp?)

slow operation time

xprotector and scardserv bug

All server are cheaper and faster support

For future support my opinion:

The team need one technical guy:for user problem and support
(sorry Mizar you "good manager" but not tecnical guy)

Try to make simple upgade procedure and cheaper price

Relase all lp for all type for better/faster support

Try to make again the top

Relase 1 st the new flashes/solutions

Recognize the customers request

Fix the known bug's

I'm waiting for our reply

At all sound like is still not a time to buy / ugrade to Cruiser ... but it's realy true
