@Lead!!Need some explanation for special flashing options!!


As the attachment below!!

The "VPPFlash= 12V", Does normal cruiser capable to support such voltage?
And 12v use to increase flashing speed or else??

I hope the HELP FILE will updated for this new feature detail

i'm not Lead, but hope he will not be angry on me


first, normal cable not supply 12vpp for flashing.
second, when you supply 12v and check that marks, then your flashing speed will be greatly increased.


check erase - checks if flash is erased , it tooks some time, but assures that flash is really erased and ready to be written.

verify data - loader will verify data after it writes them into flash, again, it tooks some time, but assures you that data is written correctly.

and finally, "no erase" just skips flash erasing - that is only for factory use, where flash is empty "by design"

Although little bit weird that you answer this post but thanks for the information before i kill some phone

I hope the Cruiser Team will post information regarding cable that can support this kind of high voltage!!!
