Mainboard can you solve my V800 problem its pending since 7months - GSM-Forum

Dear Maniboard, i have V800 which had very strange problem here we have 2 different network which works on 900mz, and this V800 model here it works only on 1 netowrk i mean when insert sim of network "A" it works fine but when you insert network "B" it doesn't work, and this is not the only phone we have several phone here same problem. tried lot of help from here but no success pls advice if i have to buy logs i will buy and try it in your way, i have cruiser tried every thing whatever i know please help if you can.

1. which is your country?
2. post name of both networks
3. if B doesn't work, what you see on display ?

hey this pending for 7 months and you expect brainboard to come with an answer before christmas oh ho ho ho your aving a larf hes about to have few days break

Thanks for your answer Mr.mainboard I'm from Netherland Antilles and provider are "UTS" with code 36291 and other is "Curaco Telecom " with provider code is 36269 and Curacao Telecom works but not UTS. when i put UTS sim in it its start normal and shows all the signal level and eveything but only thing when you call it get disconnet this is the problem pls advice.

enter to phone sim card from UTS and go to settings -> calls -> show/hide number

what you have set here ?

this is other kind of problem

btw your problem was becuase you have turned on CLIR in phone and on UTS sim card you don't have activated CLIR....
