hi
i have unlocked my first 8330 with cruiser 7.10 by patching but it doesn't power on now
now i don't know what do i do next now
any help please?

already checked
it is not the battery
also checked the battery before unloc was fully charged

Well To Revive The Phone There Is No Need To Do The Full Flash.
I Flashed It With
Drive_c_cid42_r.csw
The Phone Is Alive Again But Still Locked

i think it is bug in 7.10 because in 7.0 it wokr test several time

one thing is for sure
this unlock by patching is not working for 8330 cid42
tryed another one today but exactly the same (the phone doesn't power on)
tryed on different versions like 6.05, 6.10, 7.00, 7.10
but all the same

Please give the phone software version.

I unlocked by patching 5 phones version 20a.

I see no problem till now.

It must be a bug
Hope that Lead checks it as soon as possible.

In order to unlock the phone by Cruiser, try the following:
1. Flash the phone with the file U8330_V20a_Austria_Red42.flp
2. After flashing switch the phone ON and reset it.
3. Re-attach phone and unlock it by patching.

If you don't solve your problem, use another tool till Lead fixes the bug.

HI MATES,
I have been unlocked more than 10 pcs via patching but still no problem with it i think its the problem with some versions so as doctormike says flash it with another version and check it and then use unlock via patching and dont forget to post the results here..............OK

Don't worry man , its common problem in Lg fones, u just write flash with patch files, your set will be alive again , if not so download orignal files from support area and use Tp, post results i have more solutions. Goodluck.

thanks everybody
i got it unlocked with FURIOUSBOX2 by flashing an unlocked flashfie into it

i tryed as mr doctormike said, flashed with the flashfile he mentioned and unlocked by patch with cruiser but the phone went dead again
but got it sorted with FB2
