you can registration here for your cruiser suite account gives you access to cruiser suite services. than press download button

Browse or Search for the file you would like to download. Search is a powerful tool, just write your phone type (k220, for example) and all related files will be listed. Click the file to get the link to file download, this costs 1 credit. Link is active for 1 hour and is also stored in My Links section. Your download credits are set back to 15 credits after 24 hours.

You can only change the Smartcard(SIM) to 07 so you can use all CruiserSuite SW. Contact your Reseller.

What exactly is your are you talking about ? Account activation is possible just several months, not 2 years.. Write here more clearly about your trouble.
