Exclamation New price policy affected FTP stability?

That is strange that for such a long period of time, FTP problem is still unsolved....
More stranger, that this problem happened soon after big price change...
What is a problem with stable FTP? Is it so hard to find one? Or it is a problem of price? If you have problems - share them. May be some of us will be able to help.

The problem came about because the new price pissed off i-phone.org who were the people hosting the Cruiser website.

So in a way I guess it's an effect of the new price, but not in the way you're talking about.

Cruiser is not going to have FTP support.
You need to use www.mycruiser.org/cruiser to have support files.

We have some small problems with server, that we are working on.
So FTP was just open when site diden't work.

IT HAS NOTHING with price on cruiser to do, just problems with new server.

2Nizze:
You mean, customer, that bought Cruiser will no longer receive support from Cruiser team and will need to ask for support another team?

That is very strange to hear, you know.... Very strange... Ok, small money - no support.... Simple. But sad.

@Nizze: These people do not understand the difference between "FTP" and "download site"

To them it means exactly the same thing, that's why people are getting confused.

It doesn't matter if the download site actually uses the File Transfer Protocol, if it's a site where you can download files, they consider it to be an "FTP" site.

So when you said "Cruiser is not going to have FTP Support" people read that in their mind as "Cruiser is not going to offer files for download anymore"

@ muppet and Nizze :
we all of Cruiser users lived problems of supporting for a duration. I am sure we all belive Cruiser is strong, so we have bought it!
Alright we can see there is a download are to download some files. But as you also know there is not enough files on support are, you say support will not end, but still we can not see some flashes or files needed. For example; I am searching Z1010 and K608 Turkish flashes for 3 weeks. nowhere could find.
So could you please, can you tell us, will be closed all these deficiencies soon or you will say that is enogh, cruiser users should be contented with this support anymore!
