Full unlocker take credit too much.

i use full unlocker first it taked 1 time credit now it take twice or three times ??? i unlock, it gifes a date i wait and reconnect at the date and i get another date. How??? I send them a email but they dont answer.
Do you people hafe the same problem???? or they only take my money?
this is the 5the time that this is happening. here is the twice log.
they take twice or 3 times credit of me for 1 phone.

Credits are consumed only once per imei everytime.
We have experienced big problems recently, Full Unlocker system is down, and credits were returned
