New SonyEricsson T 230 phone detected but nothing highlighted - GSM-Forum

Today I got some pcs of T 230 to unlock and for the first time I saw this the phone is detected as T230 type and imei is also show but when the hardware inicialized then type shows unknown, and none of the boxes are highlighted. I cannot creat security zone or read codes or even flash it. All these pcs are brand new phones, only I was able to unlock couple of them.
Is there any change in new hardware or what.

Hope I will be able to get some anwsers.

tried selecting exact model instead of autodetection?

You have to select the phone type manually before attaching it.
Autodetection support for these new T230 phones will be added in the following Fighter version.

I checked the version and its R4A008 I think I have some problem with soft because I used another cable taken from one friend who has SE fighter and same problem. I unlocked one phone only and later when I checked with that phone again connection to soft it showed the same problem, phone detectes as T 230 model but when hardware inicialized phone type shown unknown, imei is shown but none of the box is highlighted not in write flash not in read flash not in security zone. I am using win2000 and this problem occured just yesterday.

Problem is solved thanks to Lead for telling about the selection of T 230 in phone type.

Is somebody having problems with se fighter 2.56b? today when i try to use i got message ,"time has expired you will not be able to use se fighter until the problem is fixed or you get latest version" after this i 've installed the 2.52 and it is working,but i cant make work the 2.56b,maybe because is a beta version?
