Dear Cruiser Staff

I bougth new Cruiser form www.unlockgsm.com

I have some question

1st ) Where do I get loggin and password form support area of your web

2nd ) I try lo unlock sharp 902 , but all the time I couldn´t conect the phone .

hi,

1) try searching the forum first..
username:cruiser
password:cruiser
2) I manage to connect 902SH by removing and inserting the fully charged battery.

1) Yes
2) Are you connecting 3v to your cable? Is it a Teleway cable? If it is, resolder it!

@evan_silbert bro,how to change the imei of sahrp801sh cant unlock this fone coz the imei are defferent at the back and softweare imei..

I have never seen one of these phones before, so I'm only guessing here.

Attach to the phone and in Cruiser is the Security RSA tab visable?

If so, Format the security zone and rewrite it to the phone. Also then try direct unlock.

See if either of those suggestions help you (I've never attached a Sharp to Cruiser so I don't know what options are/aren't available)

there is No error , only i can not conect the software , i can not boot

i use usb cruiser 4 in 1 cable
, not teleway cable

If you are getting no connection at all then there's either a problem with your phone (check battery and supplied voltage) or your cable (not sure how to test it)

try cleaning contact at the bottom of the phone sometimes it a little bit rusty
