Member: 135110 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 302 | Try another USB and then check the dongle. Usaly, when people have this problem, the dongle is broken. You can to buy a new one reader. The price is very cheap, around 2 USD. regards, Filip |

Member: 225229 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 90 | Please remove all smart card enabled boxes and dongles. Then just insert cruiser and start cruiser application. I think your problem will be solved. By the by, does your PC detects your cruiser dongle in device maneger? |

Member: 190287 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 5 | Hi All! did as you spoke. -deleted driver and put on new and software too -beside me two reader - original dongle and cruiser box and there and there same result -no any dongle in system except cruiser -i have 2 windows on my PC - 98 & Xp Pro - same result -UFS,Multi-Box,JAF worked normal - in same USB port |
