NO BOX CONNECTED s/n:???????? PLEASE HELP - GSM-Forum

strange problem with my cruiser box. it was working normaly without problem until it stop when due to electricity cut. i reconnect it open soft but have only "not box connected" s/n:???????. i disconnect then reconnect no display s/n. i uninstall cruiser suite then reinstall it the same result. i even change port of connection noting display. when i connect, back led is lighting but can't display S/N . what can be solution? did my dongle alreay dead? i'm confuse.

Remove All S-cart Conected

Connect Just Cruiser

Or Reinstall Driver

i have already done all that broter but without succeed. but anyway after many search in forum, i got the correct solution for my problem. now all work perfectly and that 1000% solution.
