P900 boots up, Not able to connect to cruiser - GSM-Forum

HI,

My problem is that when I connect the P900 to cruiser/usb-smart/SE update service via DSS-25/ the phone powers up.

It powers up like if I was pushing the power button. Then cruiser is not able to connect, and read data.

I would like to upgrade it to p910, so that I can use bigger memory card.

I have already tried to connect with TP.

Any smart solution?

1. Clean connectors on the phone.
2. Make sure battery is fully charged.
3. Try again.

If still no success, disconnect battery (with cable still attached to phone), click "Attach to phone", when cruiser says powering on the phone, insert battery.
