p900 four locks closed

i have recently reflashed a p900 but upon inserting a sim i have four locks closed. how do i correct this?

i think you should rebuild the phones security Zone, this is under the first security tab.

1.) Attach to the phone with Fighter or Cruiser
2.) Go to the "Security I" tab
3.) Click "Create security zone 1" and wait for the procedure to finish
4.) Click on the "GDFS" tab
5.) Click "Finalize GDFS" (the phone will automatically detach)
6.) Remove the cable, then battery, insert your SIM, replace the battery, power up the phone, and it should be fully unlocked.
