P900i restarts!!!!

hi masters
i have a P900i with a strange problem. The phone could be turned on and be working without any problem just the times when keypad is closed(put on the screen) but as soon as i open the door(keypad) it starts RESTARTING and it never stops till u turn it off.
Or when u turn it on with the keypad closed,it works fine but as long as i turn it on with the keypad open it goed on restarting and even can't get to the main menu!!!
What's the possible problem.I checked hardware but it doesn't seem to be hardware, most like a software problem.PLEASE HELP ME?!!!

@meisam: Reflash AVR, detach, attach to PDA part and reflash Symbian and UserData/Rolf.

Doing so will erase all user data, but should restore the phone so it works.

in that case better check and clean the keypad connectors of your phone.and dont forget to check the keypad switch.these are the coomon problem why your phone restarts.
