The Bluetooth firmware goes into the ARM chip. There isn't a matching ARM file for the AVR like there is with a T610.

Make sense?

Normally you don't have to flash anything to the ARM chip. After a flash you just power the phone on and off a couple times and it will redetect the ARM version.

You say you only did an unlock? Did you flash anything to the ARM?

When you go to system information on the phone what version is your Bluetooth?
