Yes, it can. Make sure you have the P910i AVR before you attempt RSA removal, otherwise you'll post the same message on here everyone else does "My phone won't turn on since I removed RSA"

All files you need are in the Cruiser support area (look on this forum, you'll find the link and info)

Is there any way to revive it once you killed it and removed the cable?

What do you mean, killed it?
You removed RSA and didn't reflash the RSA area?
The way to fix it then to (and this will really surprise you) reflash the RSA area!

If you've no longer got flashing tools then no, there's no way to fix it.

to repair just flash the phone with mcu file (about 1,6mb only)
