problem with java unlocker and w380i - GSM-Forum

Hi
Today I received a w380i to unlock . I downloaded
w380i1201-4421-generic-R10CAO01-RED53.a1sw &
w380i-1201-4439-Europe1-R10CA001-Red53.a1fs

from support
I opened SE A1 Java unlocker I am using v1.11
I connected the phone and the soft proceeded smoothly through the until I was asked to turn the phone on with a sim card in and wait for full customization , which I did .
I then reconnected the phone (no sim , Holding c )
again the soft proceeded smoothly until it suddenly stopped and windows told me that " the Application has encountered a problem and needs to close "

The last line on the soft was
FS Data Uploading
The phone is still working and I have had to return it to my customer .
The phone is now debranded and locked .
Have I done something wrong or has any one any suggestions please ????

I usually flash these with Cruiser 13.20 to debrand and then use the fast java unlocker to unlock without problems.

I've just tried the java unlocker with a w880 cid 53 and got exactly the same problem!As the phone had been debranded by the java unlocker I went on to the fast java unlocker and unlocked the phone first time without problem .
Any one any idea whats wrong ??
I assume it is some kind of driver comflict but I would appreciate some guidance or inteligent gueses before I mess up the rest of my installation .

Just use A1 Java Unlocker v1.10 there's is a bug in v1.11

try to tp full unlock bro!use uc-20!hope this will help you!

Idon't do any testpoint unlocks as my hands and eyes are not steady enough . I will try and use v.1.1o .

I also have the same problem, but with two Z310a. I will download v. 1.10 and try.
