Problems Cruiser not work in DB2020 Phones

Hello, for two days I have been buying my new dongle 07, to replace scard 06 06 that I tapeworm. I have bought 20 logs (in twice, 10 each one), and have tried to release unlock telephones DB2020 (2 K610 and a 1 W200). I have made the process so and as it comes detailed in the manual, attach phone, unlock RSA, restore firmware, read codes, and direct unlock, and after losing 15 of the 20 logs, the telephones are dead and no is unlocked. After making the process complete (without failures), I telephone ignites with a SIM, and it always says “to error configuration, contact your network provider” and obvious it does not work. If we do the sequence < ** < see locks open, but the telephone does not work. It I have flash ARM (same version) and later customize (lost other log), and then I telephone works well, but he is not unlocked (Lock closed) .......... There am lost all my patience, already I believe that my dear Cruiser, is failing to me and that I will have to buy one SEtools, no longer I can lose but money, and not to be able to give a good service to my clients, I hope that somebody of team to cruiser can read this post and give some solution, so that we pruned to continue trusting this magnifies box, if it is not thus I believe that they will lose a client of several years ago greetings from Madrid spain

Hi, this that you say to me, already I have proven it, and the only thing that with himself, is to lose another one log, I telephone remains equal exactly. There is no solution, if I telephone is unlock, has the configuration error, and if flash the phone and customize, I telephone works well, but not unlock. I think that this solution of cruiser team really does not work.
