Restarting and looping K608

Hi all,
I've got a CID37 K608, that when its switched on, it looks normal and goes into screen saver mode with the faint clock, after a minute or so of displaying the faint clock, the screen lights up white, then comes back on to standby screen, but its like the phone has restarted, and this continues doing this.

I've flashed it several times, but it does not fix the problem.

Could it be hardware?
