S700i keypad work without sim but not with sim

I am new user in this forum. i got a S700i SonyEricsson set. when i use this set without simcard it's keypad works very well. but whenever i insert any simcard into phone it's keypad don't work. i have flash phone with crusier and setool. i also use repair keypad problem in cruiser.

Attach the phone.
Go to the GDFS page.
Choose Apply Language Lock patch from the Modify GDFS options list and then press the Modify GDFS button .

But same condition i m facing so plz i need ur ppl help.
1) how can i repair this problem.
2) is it hardware problem or software.

Actually keypad is fine and working without simcard into phone. but whenever i insert simcard into phone, nothing work anything elose.

I was have this problem with K700 after joystick change, maybe damged ways into mainboard or maby damaged EMI-filter or CPU by ESD. I not repair this phone because customer buy new phone and resing from repair. I was flashing phone with no results, I think this is damage of hardware

try flashing with full read out fw and gdfs..

it is 100% hardware fault
