Flashing red CID49 phones:
  1. Attach.
  2. Unlock RSA.
  3. Reattach.
  4. Flash main FW and raw FS.
  5. Customize FS.
  6. Turn off phone.

Unlocking red CID49 phones:
  1. Attach.
  2. Unlock RSA.
  3. Reattach and flash restore file (of the same version as main FW).
  4. Direct unlock.

More procedures will be released tomorrow.

  3. Reattach.
  4. Unlock.
  5. Reattach.
  6. Flash main FW and raw FS.

To attach phone you may use Ctrl-A.
To turn the phone off you may use Ctrl-O.

These procedures are correct for flashing CID36 or brown CID49 files to red CID49 phones. For flashing red CID49 files to red CID49 phones a different procedure is needed.

Mr leed i flash alot of w550 red cid 49 without unlock rsa just i convert it to browen and after i finish flahing and custmoize i convert it again to red .... and work very fine ... any proplem in this way ... ?

For me the safe mode for unlock this phone now is Usb-Smart,or with Setool with tespoint .

This sequence has not worked, I have proven several times without success:

Flashing red CID49 phones:
1-Attach.
2-Unlock RSA.
3-Reattach.
4-Flash main FW and raw FS.
5-Customize FS.
6-Turn off phone.

Lead please post correct procedure for RED CID49 phones. I must upgrade and change language of a W810i.
