K310i white screen when switching on.

use full batterie
connect it with normal mode
unchek analyse and more info
flash phone as usual

and tray again

hai salimus your suggestion (uncheck analse configuration) works fine for me.

please help

Just try few times, sometimes is for hardware failure like EEROM, but uncheck Analyze.
