make your battery full
set baudrate to 115200 and do what MOBILOM say

but i think that is HARDWARE PROBLEM
open phone and check also PCB ...

configuration error is when your phone is not customized
make customize or fullflash your phone with red36 files this is not problem and remember
attach when is red convert to brown when is brown make
flash main
flash raw fs
customize fs
thats all
