Se K750 Cid49 - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I have a new K750 CID49

I can connect it no problem,

But after changing to brown cid49 and unlocking RSA
it comes up with message

Please remove battery from the phone...
Remember to restore the main firmware in the end.

Now I can not flash it cos there are no CID49 K750 SW
Please add it to support or tell me i need to downgrade the phone to cid 36

dont downgrade the CID to 36. Use the recovery files (http://gsmdownload.net/microengineer...2006-05-07.rar) and the cruiser 9.5x.

Follow Leads instructions:

AFAIK, you can also flash the CID 36 files in your CID 49 K750i with your cruiser cable, because cruiser cable supports CID Crossflashing. There are only problems with the DCU-60 and flash programms like "Davinci".

@Linkinsoldier: These instructions are for RED CID49 firmware FILES.

@Raf: You may safely use files of lower CID, Cruiser should handle it well.

ok, but then how you flash CID 36 files to a CID 49 k750i ? same way but other files, isnt it?

For flashing CID36 files into red CID49 phone:

Attach.
Unlock RSA.
Reattach.
Flash main FW and raw FS.
Customize FS.
Turn off phone.

These ways will repair (most) phones dead by incorrect procedure too.
