Server Connection Error


Hi i have a SONY ERICSSON W910i for unlocking.

sent me my user id and password for the credits.

i read the DOCUMENTATION in the SE FULL UNLOCKER SOFTWARE and appropriately followed the instructions for unlocking, but i'm having problems connecting to your SERVER.

This is what appears on the screen:

In inputting my PASSWORD under the "SETTING" tab of the software, i only entered the password given by my reseller and saved the changes.

I already have normal cruiser credits which server correctly gives the right credit info when i try to read the credit info. my user name for the normal credit is different from the one given for the supreme credit.

WHAT DO I DO AS I HAVE MY CUSTOMER PUTTING PRESSURE ON ME. THANX

"Login to server failed" this error means wrong password, contact your logs reseller for help with your account.

thanx. have sent a mail to my reseller and to [email protected] so expect this to be fixed shortly.

Do consider adding a feature in SE FULL UNLOCKER to help users retrieve credit info before proceeding to carry out the unlocking.

Sure have contacted my reseller.

Noticed something in your documentation for SE FULL UNLOCKER.

In the instructions to input the user's details, you state in the documentation to input "username" but in the information in the SE FULL UNLOCKER software, under "settings" and "info" tabs, it asks you for password.

now my concern is which of the details exactly is to be inputted. USERNAME OR PASSWORD???

I HAVE ATTACHED A COPY OF THE SE FULL UNLOCKER DOCUMENTATION THAT CAME WITH YOUR SOFTWARE FOR YOUR VERIFICATION.

Are you sure wasn't looking in D-Unlocker manual instead of SE Full Unlocker manual? Anyway input what you can input, so if you see password, enter password.

Sorry it's not D-unlocker manual. i haven't used that software before. i use 07 cruiser dongle.

i attempted uploading a copy of your manual for you to verify but i keep getting errors.

anyway, my reseller tells me he's forwarded my issue to you for it to be fixed so i hope it's done pretty early. thanx

Reseller says he has forwarded the issue to you. can i try or i'd have to wait for a notification by mail to do so.

There is no issue at all.

I already wrote, look on application and enter what application ask you in Settings.
