"The best tool 4 rebuilding IMEI CID49 phones?!!!" - GSM-Forum

Hi masters;
I'm from Iran.These days we're having lot's of difficulties with the phones imported newly.You know our goverment no more allows phones imported from almost one month ago 2 b registered in our network(432-11) and we've to change IMEI but this way doesn't work for CID49 phones and u know the exact reason.Now i need ur help for these new phones and on the other hand there're lot's of customers with these phones.they've spent lot's of money!!!

I'm looking 4 a tool or way 2 solve this problem especially for phones like w810i and so on.Someone told me there's a way ofonline patches but he didn't tell me which tool or site can give us this solution!!!
I'd be so thankfull if someone can help us out here;besides lot's of other guys r waiting for the soljution too.
Does SETOOL do the rebuilding of IMEI for models like W810i?(I have 100 sets in my store)

Which is the best tool?I have Cruiser,USB Smart,HWK.I mean all of them r good tools but none can do this 4 me.What other tool is more ahead and can give me this option?

To be correct they are all good at what they support .
Some do things others dont.No 1 solution is perfect they are all individual
You need more than one se dongle if you are prof unlocker

I don't use Cruiser, so have no comment about it, but Setool can do it....
