sharp 770sh cannot connect - GSM-Forum

hi i have a sharp 770sh and when i try to connect it says this
System diagnostics passed.
Version 12.01 ready!

[ --- Attach to Phone --- ]
Connecting via UC-10 Universal Cable...
Powering on the phone...

does any one know the problem?
