smart card damaged, mr. lead need help


reseller ip mart.com
i did try to warenty claim. they give only 3 months of warrenty period. i bought dec. 07 2006 from them.
i opened dongle and this is what i see (attached picture)
smart card burned and it become hot when connecting with pc
my pc ok. no problems of usb port.
what can i do. need help

Why should Lead help you? He is programmer, not reseller.... Only who can help you is your reseller, you only wasting time writting here.

Nobody from forum buy you new dongle, you need ask your reseller for replacement, if you don't have warranty, you must buy new dongle.

Btw your photo is blurred...

my question is whats the wrong with dongle.
is it manufacturing fault of smart card or is it card reader fault?
if it is card reader fault how to identifying it?
br.
p.s.
picture may blur but can identify burning marks of smart card
