ok trying to give u short way
install cruiser suite and open the '' se a1 fast java unlocker'' then select ur model and connect ur set holding c button via usb (at that time u may install the se usb flash driver from cruiser setup destination manually ) then ur set will detect and if all job show done then read the instruction to do next on screen and follow it .and if it will show any thing wrong then first flash ur phone and then try to do the above steps ...
it's so easy ...

just try now ...

It is true if the phone and W580 cid 49 but already settled with another team, but he was dead already, and load new software is working, I thank you very much
