How long must we wait for this updated software that you said
is being beta tested ? you also said that support was down to the resellers ? then you should choose your resellers better!
as you can see from the forum members the resellers are only reselling and not helping with support! its no good making something then saying go to your reseller for support! like you and the resellers you are here to make money! so try helping people with support !! still waiting and waiting for new updated software!

calm down man! We still work hard on new Fighter version. It will take few more days.

It's not like this. Many resellers give good support to customer and some not. Everybody can choose his supplier.

We can't answer all questions of each customer. No producer of software/hardware that has x000 pcs sales can answer all questions of course directly.

You all here cry like small children about bad support bla bla bla. As i remember most of other products in gsm has no support at all or support is only few months and then is finished because device is cracked! We provide long-term support you start to cry about support again heh

Keep doing long-term support and you won't loose any customer as Mr DIV-pay-for-my-upgrade-and-kill-your-phone did.

I suppose most customers are like me, they prefer to pay high price and have a good support with non cracked SW and frequentfly updated.

Be reasonable people. if Fighter was released and not properly tested there would be dead phones and people will be unhappy.

there are only so many hours in a day and Lead is doing his best to develop the software.

if Fighter 2.55b was released without proper testing and it killed 1-100+ of your brand new P900's or Z600 you wouldnt be happy. so instead of asking for quick updates ask for good updates like the ones provided

just my two pennys worth

if someone can code and use proper development environment no x-files type bugs will occur like you described above.
exceptions are always present, though.

fighter has excellent support,,,,,,
always reliable software and for sure the most updated and best product for sony ericsson without doubt..

in fact it is some of the best software released in the gsm industry..

i think pigs comments are a little harsh,,, also why do you need reseller support ? fighter ftp is good, so is fighter forum....

sphere and lead work very hard on this.

congrats to them for such a good product.
