T230 Messaging Problem

I have a T230 with Message problem. When we go to message and write new. Input system changed to tapping (when we want to write C, then we have to press key 2 three times), but this T230 will only recognize the third alphabet, and it stop.
Example;
when i press key 2 it will show C
press key 3 it will show F
etc

i already flash the AVR and GDFS with fighter v4.31 and 4.20 but the problem still exist. Is there any solution?

thanks

@krtko
what exactly is unblock one or both side buttons for volume?? Do you mean when typing sms we need to press one or both side volume buttons?

@sunnyc

i'm glad there are some ppl are sharing their exp with others. Thanks.
