Remove RSA. Remove locks SP, USER what ever. Flash phone.
And it will work, did 100s.
Upload T610_Original_GDFS_area.gdf
And T610 Default Acoustics(T610 to T616)version 1.gdf
And T610 Default_Phone_Identifier.gdf

i cannot really understand why someone with a fighter should "repair" his phone with terminator dongle! how´s the solution with fighter? there must be one!
otherwise i would be really disappointed! :-)

Did you flash the ARM to R6C005 as well?

Then flash the ARM as well!!!
If you don't have matching AVR/ARM versions, the phone will restart like you've posted.

Ignore YamahaR1's blabberings about using Div. Use Div only if you don't want your phone to work again.

Make sure the contacts on the bottom of your phone are clean. Get and old toothbrush and give them a scrub if they're not shiny and clean.

I have seen this problem once or twice after flashing AVR, try detaching and reattaching the phone, then flashing ARM (sometimes Fighter has problems if you've just flashed AVR, though I've only seen it with T68i's)

It's not actually flashing 60% of the ARM at all, it's 60% of trying to get the phone ready for ARM flashing and that's what's failing.
