turn on sharp 703sh then turn off it self

i have sharp 703sh vodafone, when i turn on the phone it shown japan greetings, it shown vodafone then seen OFFLINE at the screen
first time the phone shown offline, then i unlock with patching it with cruiser, and init sim lock but it still offline, then i formatting it with push # & power button until show formartting, now the phone is not OFFLINE but still can't use, because i don't see any network status at the screen,
then i flash it use sharp 703sh ver1(1)181 but still the same,
the last i unlock it, init lock again and i push lock by network with cruiser,
now when i turn on my phone it shown japan greetings but not till shown vodafone the phone is turn off. i try to flash, reformatt, unlock by patching,init lock but is still the same, my phone can't turn on normaly, but turn off it self
IS THERE ANYONE CAN HELP....... THANKS
