Unable to Connect to Server


Hi Guys, this is what i get after trying to get credit info. I got my password yesterday and ive tried everything on cruiserlog giude

Any other suggestions?

System diagnostics passed.
Version 10.39 ready!
Connecting via UC-10 Universal Cable...
Connecting to server...
Time: 00:00:00

Try unticking Alternate Way (Port 9099)

This is not ticked on my computer.

If this doesn't work check your password (CaSE SensiTiVE)

I already tred unchecking that. it still doesnt work.... ive even tried to connect through my fone to check if its the internet connection... ive pasted the password exactly as is from my email

it was fsecures application control that was intefering with Cruiser the firewall doesnt really matter with Fsecure...it vcan be enabled and will still work
