v800/z800 flash pb - GSM-Forum

hi cruiser team,
i want to convert in french a v800. But when i have look the soft version, (>**<*<*) the phone says :
modele :z800
firmware r1x031 1250048

So with wich file must i flash for change language, v800 or z800?
i have not see the flash fil on cruiser support

please help

It's up to you.
The V800 and Z800 are physically the same phone, only the branding on the outside is different.

V800 is just a Z800 with Vodafone branding. If you want Vodafone branding, flash it with V800 firmware. Seeing as it already has Z800 firmware on it (someone's already flashed it) then I would just upgrade it to the latest R1AB014 and flash the RawFS EU5 which has the french language in it, your customer might be pissed if they get it back and it's been Vodafone branded.
