V802se from Japan...Can it work on 900 Mhz


I have a V802se vodafone from Japan. but although signal always getting 'cannot access network'. I have put it on GSM only. can it work on the 900 Mhz band ?

yes v802se is a 3g phone its working in gsm 900/1800/1900 and umts.

anyone knows why I cannot get to make any calls. can see signal strength ..but always network problem and call failed.
