W-810i problem (urgent)

Hi all.

I have a problem with a W-810i.

I tried to unlock it according to these instructions, but I hit a snag after Step #5 below.

6.Go to the Security RSA page and press the Restore firmware button.
7.reflash main FW .

I had not yet installed "Restore firmware" files, so I quit Cruiser to install it. But after that and re-starting Cruiser to continue the process, the phone will no longer connect. The phone simply hangs here:

Connecting via UC-10 Universal Cable...
Powering on the phone...
(even after 20 minutes....)

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I even tried a fresh fully charged battery - same result.

And we have a winner! Thanks!

Now, for the restoral, I only have to unzip the file and hit "Restore Firmware" right?

I use this procedure to unlock and flash if I do not have the restoral file for the SW version on the phone.

1. Attach the phone to Cruiser
2. Unlock RSA
3. Do Unlock
4. Flash FS (before Main Flash because Main Flash Rebuild RSA Lock!!!)
5. Customise FS
6. Shut Down FS
7. Flash Main (and you don't need to flash the Restoration File because the Main Flash contains the RSA Part!!!)

Ok, I'm trying that, but I get this message when trying to do a direct unlock:

No response
This may indicate damaged EROM area!
This seems pretty bad...

EDIT - I now get to the Customize FS part, but with the above message

[ --- Customize File System --- ]
Defeating RSA protection...
Waiting for the phone to turn off...
Should the communication hang, reinsert battery.
Baudrate = 460800Bd
Sending applet prologue...
Sending applet body...
Waiting for acknowledge...

No response

Finally taken care of.

Did the process for the third time, and this time, the entire procedure at the lowest Baud rate (115...). Everything went by without a hitch and all is good now.....

Thanks all!
