1 try use a full charged battery
if dont works its problable flash chip error rehot or exange chip and try flash again

try unlocking the RSA.. FIRST..
Restore firmware when done.

Change The Baudrate!!
I Had That Problem Too.
Just Did A W300 With A Lower Baudrate And Completed The Process
WoRked Ok!!
