is this after you have Flashed it..???
Go back to Flash Tab and, customise it again, this time
Use UNSPECIFIED region.
Hopefully it will solve for you...

can be caused by a few things,
unlocking Mobile can Cure this fault in some Models.
Flashing again/ customiseing, a different region, loads of different cures,
But suggesting Flashing Of GDFS, before all avenues have been tried
is an unwise act,,, as it contains unique Calabration data,

i agree, usually gdfs flashing i would do as last resort. I would try reflashing and customise after flash as suggested in previous post

Try to Flash 1st, or Unlock.
