Which drivers are needed for W395?

W395 wouldn't connect. It keep saying 'This device may not work correctly, drivers not found'. I have unlocked these before ok.

Battery was very low. I tried one of my brand new batteries but that was only 1/4 charged. Customer has phone back still locked. I will remember in future.
