i have a dead W550 phone

wheni try to attach phone to cruiser, it don't attach

see log below

System diagnostics passed.
Version 10.39 ready!

Powering on the phone...
Powering on the phone...

Change boot normal boot to recover any cdi and boot again your problam is solw good luck....

this can be hardware damged

try with 10.08 or 10.10 version ....

and forget to make battery full and do this

1.Select phone manual
2.Uncheck "Analyze Configuration"
3.Uncheck "Display more info"
4.Attach Phone

i think hardware damage

with other tools also, it does not boot even with TP
