"W550i customization FAILS" - GSM-Forum

Hi masters;
Here's a W550i,flashing all the parts,unlocking,changing primary certificate,and other actions could be done properly but the only problematic part is when i want to do CUSTOMIZATION.All the time it fails to do that,What's the possible reason?

Remove RSA before attempt to customize FS
I know it's already been said, but I think it's the reason why you're getting this error. Either this, or you're not flashing the right firmware into the phone.

I converted the phone back to RED,then Unlocked RSA,reattach phone and tried to customize the phone but this time i get this message:
"No response
This may indicate damaged EROM area!
Try repairing the phone via testpoint method.
If it is an old phone, try converting it to brown first."

PS:I'm using R4BA041 Brown CID 49,if it's related to firmware then which version is prior to this one?!!!

Not good at all. Try flashing the phone using TestPoint

I kill two W810I for failing on customerization ,anyone have experience to confirm "remove RSA before customerize" is proper solution.

I am afraid to kill more phones on this small "CUSTOMERIZATION" process.
